The Medical Trust* gives grants towards medical staff in both the UK and Romania as well as donating valuable medical equipment and supporting neurological care and recovery. It also works at restoring and reinvigorating rural hospitals in both countries to help improve patient care. Its long-term aim is to establish and support a network of local, rural medical clinics, and to provide basic neurological support at existing hospitals.
Everyone involved with the Trust believes that neurological and local, rural, medical care is essential to the social, communal, environmental and economic fabric of both EU countries.
All of the Trust's active work is detailed in its 'Projects' database, where you can be informed of its work and donate to specific projects.
Why not be part of it? Become an individual donor or arrange for your organisation to become a partner, which would give you some
influence on how the money is spent. If you become a donor and are a British taxpayer, please remember to fill out
the gift aid form.
The Medical Trust is registered with the Charities Commission (no. 1116007) of England and Wales and is audited by Saunders, Wood and Co Ltd. Administrative costs are kept to an absolute minimum, so please allow a little time for newsletters and thank you letters for your donations.
